1. Discovery call - long before we talk creative or specific video requirements we want to learn more about your business - products/services, strengths, challenges, opportunities, target market, goals, KPIs etc.
2. Video Strategy - following the discovery call we will define the perfect video strategy for your business, focusing on all aspects of the sales funnel and the road to success.
3. Content creation - once the strategy is agreed we will engage the creative process and present video content ideas to align with your strategic plan. Much of this will be budget-dependent, but we will provide a menu of options.
4. Distribution channels - as an integral part of our strategy and content plan, we will meticulously determine the appropriate channels and methods for publishing your video content, ensuring a focused and targeted approach.
5. Production - once the content is agreed upon and we know what that content needs to achieve, we can begin the production process.
6. Post-production - this is when we retreat to the studio to create the edits. This is a process we share with you as we refine and hone the content to your complete satisfaction.
7. Implementation - we now have the video assets, so we can get to work implementing the video content plan as outlined in the strategy document.
8. Measure, test and adapt - we don't just publish and pray. We will show you how to measure results based on your funnel KPIs and adjust as necessary to ensure complete success.
